TradingOS is currently operated by Lesedi Meso, trading as TradingOS, in South Africa. TradingOS is not currently operated by a registered company. Operator details may be updated if TradingOS is incorporated or otherwise restructured.

TradingOS provides software tools for cryptocurrency market research, analytics, market intelligence, and AI-assisted analysis. Our tagline, Intelligence Before Execution, reflects our focus on helping users review information before making their own decisions.

By accessing or using TradingOS (the website, applications, and related services), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the services.

You must be able to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction and meet any minimum age required by applicable law. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of TradingOS is lawful where you live.

You may need an account to access certain features. You agree to provide accurate information, keep credentials confidential, and notify us promptly of unauthorized access. You are responsible for activity under your account.

• AI-assisted analysis, briefings, and trade-signal style outputs
• Token, contract, and market-intelligence features where available
• Alerts, watchlists, and workspace tools
• Subscription-gated features as described on our pricing pages

Feature availability may vary by plan, region, and release. Unless a feature explicitly states otherwise, TradingOS does not execute trades on your behalf.

TradingOS may generate or present AI-assisted outputs, including market observations, directional assessments (such as buy, sell, or hold style labels), potential entry areas, potential take-profit levels, potential stop-loss levels, risk observations, token or contract analysis, and interpretations of third-party market data.

These outputs are informational and automated. They can be incorrect, incomplete, delayed, or misleading. They are not tailored financial advice and do not account for your full financial situation unless explicitly stated.

TradingOS is a software and information tool. We do not provide investment, trading, tax, or legal advice. We are not a broker, exchange, custodian, or financial adviser, and we do not hold client funds or execute orders on your behalf unless a future feature clearly says otherwise.

Nothing on TradingOS is a recommendation or solicitation to buy, sell, or hold any asset. You should obtain appropriate professional advice where necessary.

You remain solely responsible for your trading and investment decisions, including how you use TradingOS outputs, configure alerts, and act on any analysis. You should verify important information independently before acting.

TradingOS may display or process data from third-party sources (for example market-data, blockchain, or intelligence providers). We do not control those sources and do not guarantee their accuracy, timeliness, or availability.

Digital assets involve substantial risk, including total loss of value, liquidity constraints, regulatory change, smart-contract failure, and fraud. You should only use funds you can afford to lose.

Payments may be processed by third-party payment service providers. The applicable payment provider and its terms will be presented during checkout. Subscription fees, billing intervals, and plan features are described on our pricing pages and during checkout. By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges according to the plan you select, subject to the payment provider's processes.

We may offer free trials or promotional pricing. Trial terms (including duration and eligibility) will be shown at signup or checkout. When a trial ends, paid billing may begin automatically unless you cancel in accordance with the presented terms.

Paid subscriptions typically renew automatically for the same billing period unless cancelled before the renewal date shown in your account or payment provider portal. Renewal dates and pricing may change with notice where required by law.

You may cancel a subscription through account settings or the billing tools we provide, subject to any instructions shown in the product. Cancellation usually stops future billing but may not remove access immediately; see our Refund Policy for access through the end of a paid period where applicable.

Refund requests are handled under our Refund Policy (/refund-policy). Nothing in these Terms limits mandatory consumer rights that apply to you under applicable law.

• Do not misuse, scrape, overload, or reverse engineer the services except where permitted by law
• Do not use TradingOS for unlawful activity, fraud, or market manipulation
• Do not attempt to bypass access controls or subscription limits
• Do not upload malicious code or infringe others' rights

TradingOS, its branding, software, and content (excluding your submissions and third-party materials) are owned by or licensed to the operator. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to use the services for personal or internal business use according to these Terms.

If you submit content (for example chart images for analysis or support messages), you represent that you have the rights to do so. You grant us the rights reasonably needed to operate the service (host, process, display, and improve features). You remain responsible for your submissions.

The services may link to or integrate with third-party services (including payment, authentication, AI, and data providers). Those services are governed by their own terms and policies. We are not responsible for third-party services we do not control.

We aim for reliable access but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Maintenance, outages, third-party failures, and force majeure events may affect availability.

We may add, change, or remove features. Material changes to paid features will be handled in line with applicable law and any notice requirements for subscribers.

We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms, risk to the platform, non-payment, or legal requirements. You may stop using the services at any time. Provisions that by nature should survive termination will survive.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, TradingOS and its operator are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, or trading losses arising from your use of the services. Our aggregate liability for claims relating to the services is limited to the greater of the fees you paid to us in the twelve months before the claim or an amount permitted by applicable law if higher minimums apply.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in those cases, limits apply only to the extent allowed.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the operator from claims arising out of your misuse of the services, violation of these Terms, or infringement of third-party rights, to the extent permitted by law.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated version with a revised last updated date. Continued use after changes become effective constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.

These Terms are governed by the laws of South Africa, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts in South Africa may have exclusive jurisdiction where permitted, subject to mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence.
